1. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase through the payment options provided on our website.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

2. Delivery & Pickup

We currently serve local customers only. Deliveries are made by hand within our service area (bouquets are also available for local pickup).

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Scout Hill Farm is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

3. Freshness & Product Variations

All bouquets are made with fresh, seasonal flowers. Availability may vary due to weather, harvest conditions, or supply.

Photos on the website are for reference only — actual bouquets may differ slightly in size, shape, or color.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours (see our Return & Refund Policy for full details).

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup for a full refund.

Same-day cancellations are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate.

6. Use of Website

Customers agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to access data without authorization or interfering with its functionality.

Content on this site (text, images, logos) is the property of Scout Hill Farm and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scout Hill Farm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your purchase or use of our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
