Refund policy

At Scout Hill Farm, every bouquet is harvested fresh & arranged with care. Since flowers are perishable, we are not able to accept returns once a bouquet has been delivered/picked up. That said, your satisfaction is very important to us!

Damaged or Unsatisfactory Orders

If your bouquet arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery/pickup.

We may request a photo of the bouquet so we can understand what went wrong and make it right!

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement bouquet (subject to availability) or a refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup.

For same-day or already-prepared orders, cancellations are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Delivery fees are non-refundable once the delivery has been attempted.
